すべてのレビューを表示Great gym not a huge gym but has the right type of equipment is more functional than some of these other big chain gyms where they don't have certain pieces of equipment that get overrun. I always get a good workout in here No matter what I'm training.

すべてのレビューを表示It’s cool! Definitely a good work out. It’s more of “go at your pace”. If you questions David is super helpful. I am not sure if I’ll come here in the AM before work anymore as the showers temperature valves don’t seem to be regulated!! Gets way too hot if both people are using the showers. But will book again for an after work work-out.🏋️♀️

すべてのレビューを表示It’s always a good time coming here. I live the vibes at this gym - the music is always so good I don’t worry about bringing my own headphones lol. The staff here is also helpful, they’ll let you borrow items if you ask :)

This class is definitely a push and it moves fast but as a newbie to weightlifting I was able to follow along. The gym had a nice facility too. I’m here from out of town and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m here!
