    Amazing workout! Wish Chris was available at this studio on the weekends, he so good. First time with Chris and i had already heard great things. All true - he’s the best. With three hours of sleep and a busy day, I still made it through the routine. LOVED the ability to modify to what my body was feeling that evening. and i even teared up at the end when we were breathing and he was having us leave our stresses behind. Great session overall.

Class is beginner friendly, not advanced (and personally was not challenging at all) and would’ve liked more moves that were less about balance (which just feels like a regular class) and more about strength/ Pilates with weights (what’s I would expect from a class called Lift). Better if you are newer to Pilates and still building your foundation.

    Chris is THE BEST thing since sliced bread… And that’s saying a lot because I’m foodie 😋🍞 In all seriousness, there aren’t that many skilled instructors who take the time to instill over 30+ years of instruction while making sure you are executing the proper form and technique, even when that includes modifying it to your level of comfort/recovery/skillset. I’ve seen all kinds of individuals in her class and she sets a precedence; All are welcome and everyone is treated with respect.. She deserves that in return. Come prepared for the workout of your life, surrounded by instructors who care!
