すべてのレビューを表示Sonya is an amazing instructor and motivator. I like how she checks my form and help me correct what needs to be corrected. I really like her energy. She kept me going even though at times I wanted to stop coz her Glute Camp was no joke. I’m glad I didn’t stop. I didn’t attend her class to slack or cheat myself out of a good workout. I’m glad I took her class and will definitely come back to take it again.

すべてのレビューを表示The reception desk was nice and thorough and allowed me to go into the class 2 min late. The classroom was small allowing for individual attention and the playlist was good. The instructor was good but I felt like there were a few body parts that could have used some more attention. The class seemed to emphasize hamstring and inner thigh lengthening and I did feel good after but would have loved some time spent on glutes.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first class with Darrius and WOW — the energy in class is incredible! It was a large class but it felt more like a community. His teaching style is swift but detailed and he encourages you to ask questions. After the first few pieces of choreo I felt lost and considered leaving, but I got it! I can’t wait to come back and push myself more. His attitude and choreo are high energy and one of a kind. Love, love, LOOOOVED IT!

Olivia is very attentive even in a full class and offers many options for varying levels of difficultly without making you feel you’re not good enough!

Elmira teaches the very basic positions first and builds on them throughout class with a couple mini dances to wrap up. Very focused on form and posture - not too difficult to follow! Ballet slippers not required but might be helpful. Tank top and leggings are perfectly fine too.

The owner was nice and said I can go back on next Monday and retake the class, I will change my rating once I took the actual class. Make sure to call the location to confirm the classes before booking, I wanted to upload their schedule but there wasn’t an option.
