My negative remark, and I hope the studio enforces a policy, is having people walk in 25 minutes late into class. It is incredibly distracting and disrespectful to Ellie who’s trying to instruct and to all of us who made it there on time.

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits. Overall, lovely and I definitely recommend if you’re looking to relax and decompress.

I was also informed on the entertainment while you’re either relaxing and how to adjust a certain lighting inside the sauna which was great. Overall, it wasn’t great experience. Advise for someone to pick you up or Uber because after I was so relaxed that I probably shouldn't drove....highly recommend. (obvious humor) very friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to another Perspire location in the past, but this one was so much more comfortable and hospitable. I’m very ticklish and would squirm every now and then and he was very aware always checking in with me to make sure that I wasn’t in pain and the pressure was good.
