My negative remark, and I hope the studio enforces a policy, is having people walk in 25 minutes late into class. It is incredibly distracting and disrespectful to Ellie who’s trying to instruct and to all of us who made it there on time.

The workout was definitely challenging, but her cues were clear, smooth, and easy to follow, which made the class feel both effective and enjoyable. The studio itself was clean, beautiful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their clients. They have almost everything you need to relax, recharge, and refresh after a great workout. Highly recommend Wellnest and Becca!!

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits. Overall, lovely and I definitely recommend if you’re looking to relax and decompress.

The room was hot already, clean, red light ready and he was SOOO pleasant and willing to be helpful. Advise for someone to pick you up or Uber because after I was so relaxed that I probably shouldn't drove....highly recommend. (obvious humor) very friendly and accommodating. If you're not getting a massage here, what are you doing with your life? clean and discreet.

I was also informed on the entertainment while you’re either relaxing and how to adjust a certain lighting inside the sauna which was great. Overall, it wasn’t great experience. I’ve been to another Perspire location in the past, but this one was so much more comfortable and hospitable.
