I definitely gave it a try and and the instructor was great and she checked on me afterwards. I'd recommend this class for anyone who is down for a very good workout.

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits. I was also informed on the entertainment while you’re either relaxing and how to adjust a certain lighting inside the sauna which was great. Overall, it wasn’t great experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful, clean, and incredibly calming facilities that instantly put your mind at ease. The highlight of my experience was hands down Christina. She has a wonderful, warm personality that makes you feel welcome and cared for right away. Her massage was truly intuitive. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling completely renewed. I also tried the salt float, which was pure heaven. It’s in the back of a gym but everyone is so friendly and once you find it, it’s very obvious 😂 I’d recommend bringing your own towel cause the towels provided are great but I need a big towel for after the cold plunge. The sauna Bluetooth worked so great, instantly connected & the sound was perfect. I’ll be back asap.
