The coach was incredibly welcoming, encouraging, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My only note is that the $5 add on for the shower feels a bit much, as I’ve engaged with similar businesses in New York where the shower is included, and it was a similar amount of credits. Overall, lovely and I definitely recommend if you’re looking to relax and decompress.

The room was hot already, clean, red light ready and he was SOOO pleasant and willing to be helpful. It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

I’ve been to another Perspire location in the past, but this one was so much more comfortable and hospitable. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well. 10/10, I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on. <3

すべてのレビューを表示First time coming here and I absolutely loved it ✨ I was given a tour of where you can refill your water bottle and where to place your towels once you’re done the rooms were exceptionally clean, and you’re given privacy. I was also informed on the entertainment while you’re either relaxing and how to adjust a certain lighting inside the sauna which was great. Overall, it wasn’t great experience. I cannot wait to come back for more sessions. ✨

I’m very ticklish and would squirm every now and then and he was very aware always checking in with me to make sure that I wasn’t in pain and the pressure was good. The sauna rooms are so comfortable and having the tv in the room is a great feature. The amount of time allotted for each session is enough to really relax and get a good sweat. I will absolutely return.

すべてのレビューを表示What an experience. I had been having back pain for a couple of weeks, and overall muscle soreness from a previous training session. My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!

The equipment looks more professional and heavy duty than I have seen at some other places. My legs felt more toned after one session so I’m intrigued to try more. It’s in the back of a gym but everyone is so friendly and once you find it, it’s very obvious 😂 I’d recommend bringing your own towel cause the towels provided are great but I need a big towel for after the cold plunge.
