すべてのレビューを表示So much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

The rotations are frequent though, so everyone still gets a lot of reps in. Javier was teaching tonight instead of the usual Ronald/Kiki pair.

The class was super high energy, and I left sweaty and smiling. My hamstrings were really sore the next day and I wasn’t expecting that. I would drop in again the next time I’m in town.

すべてのレビューを表示This is the best stretching class on class pass, trust me I’ve tried them all lol. It is the perfect mix of pushing you to your flexibility limit and respecting your bodies boundaries. The instructor is amazing and does assisted stretching to keep you progressing. I was a dancer years ago and wanted to regain some of the flexibility from my youth.
