I wasn't sure what to expect since it was a last-minute appointment thru class pass, so I wasn't expecting a great masseuse tbh. but... wow wow wow You can tell Nadine is experienced and has healing powers in those fingertips! The only thing I will mention is that the rooms are divided by curtains so you can hear other customers checking in and stuff. For the $$ this is an amazing experience but if you’re looking for extreme relaxation this is probably not it. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget and looking for a solid massage though!! I will book again!

I requested medium deep pressure and it was pretty intense at times! She really tried to help me get the knots out of my shoulders. Really liked the legs and glute massage with the knees. すべてのレビューを表示I’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.

すべてのレビューを表示Marvin took such great care of me from the second I stepped in to the second I left. Pre-massage he asked if I had any injuries or any areas I wanted to focus on. Asked if I was okay with him touching certain areas of the body, hands, feet, scalp. I asked if he could give extra attention to my hips and glutes and he explained the areas he would be touching and how the sheets would lay ensuring I was comfortable. The bed was heated and plush and calming music played. Marvin worked hard to loosen my shoulders and upper back, another area I had asked to focus on. He gave a great scalp massage, used hot towels and warm weighted cushions throughout the hour. He even asked if it was okay if we went over our time limit. Obviously I said yes. Post massage Marvin met me with a cold water and CBD cream for my shoulders. I left feeling relaxed and so well taken care of. Thanks Marvin!

If you want deep, they will give you DEEP TISSUE. If you can tolerate the pressure, they will deliver. You will then think to yourself, “Yeah, this is not massage envy.” Massage Envy has nothing about how intense this deep tissue is. I was a little scared about the standing part, but it works. It delivers the right amount of pressure to give you that release you need. I also wasn’t expecting the stretching, but I appreciate it. I do, in fact, feel more limber. However, I do feel a little sore but in a good way. My masseuse was determined to get the knots in my trapezius/sub-scapular muscles out! I just wish I educated myself about what a Thai massage entails.
