    I had an amazing experience at Cubic Gym today! I attended the Hyrox class, and it was intense but incredibly rewarding. The instructor, Caroline, was fantastic.     For bench workouts, please show each exercise twice. This will help new people and those who have trouble remembering. It gets hard to remember all the exercises as more are added.     Today's class was intense, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I'm guessing the focus this week for this class is lower body/legs, so I worked up a sweat here. Delon was very encouraging, and was very observant about everyone's technique and corrected them as needed (despite it being a huge class). Overall would come back here if I ever holiday in Penang again.

    The Riddler

    It’s my first time joining F45. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was. Typically, my daily workouts can become a bit monotonous, so I didn't expect to have such a positive experience. I was moved that the 2 male and 1 female trainer, were incredibly kind and respectful, allowing me to move at my own pace within that 60 min. Despite being representatives of a major brand, they didn’t push me too hard, which really demonstrated their expertise in circuit coaching. The crowd was lovely, they are enthusiastic and might be a bit of a handful and I can understand why, because they are excited for the workout. I am not sure how the F45 trainers do 4-5 circuit classes in a day, it requires a lot of hard work and immense patience.
