すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time working out in two years after two babies. I was very nervous because I know I have a lot of work to do to build my strength up again. The coach was very welcoming and supportive. She did demos for all the exercises in addition to providing individualized feedback. I did the intro class and it was still so challenging. Lots of muscle failure and shakes. But in 50 minutes I did an intense, full body workout and felt very proud of myself! I really enjoyed my experience and I can’t wait to go back. But I might stick with the intro classes for awhile.

すべてのレビューを表示Tough and fun class!! Maddie is very sweet and motivating! Against recommendations I went straight into a full body class without completing the intro course. Which was fine but I can imagine going to a couple intro classes, like they suggest, would be beneficial! Live and learn :) will be back!!

すべてのレビューを表示Laura and Maya (front desk) were so warm and welcoming. They really took the time to get me set up and feeling comfortable. Loved the workout - 20min spin, 20 weights and 20 yoga/stretch. Laura checked on me throughout class to see how I was doing. Will absolutely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Charlotte’s slow flow class is exactly what I needed. It was very accessible for folks that are new to yoga or getting back into yoga. But there were plenty of modifications to make it more or less challenging. I left feeling strong and relaxed. I signed up for more classes on the spot!

すべてのレビューを表示The class was great but felt fast for Slow Flow based on my other experiences with a slow flow structure. I also don’t think this class would be the best for beginners due to the speed and needing to know what a lot of the poses are already to be able to keep up. These points are really just a heads up for others considering the class, it really was a great class overall!

I miss it desperately and when I found out they were opening a studio in my hometown I was thrilled. Fast forward 7 years and I finally made it over! Kelly was awesome and really took the time to explain things (there were several first timers in the class). The front desk staff was wonderful too. Love the playlists and pace of these classes - no time to focus on how hard it is!

My only qualm is that I was never given a door code. Thankfully, another girl in the class arrived shortly after me and was able to let me in. I recommend going with a friend the first time so they can show you where to go!

Class was hard but she gave so many alternative options for each move. I really appreciated that. My only complaint is that they don’t have classes super early in the morning which I need during the week. Will definitely be back when I can!

They set me up on the bike and talked me through what to do, gave me modifications and encouragement, and talked with me afterwards about how the class went. Best part-Taylor’s 90s jams! The flow included poses that channeled core muscles, deep stretching, while also relaxing you. The session allowed me to have deep and restful sleep. Cannot recommend this place enough.
