I love that I can get a full workout in and still feel it 2 days later while only feeling great about myself during the class itself. Would’ve felt too intimidated to go to a cool place like Duo, but it was worth it! They also validate parking in the retail garages if you want to avoid street meters

I felt like my core was so worked out it felt like the best ab session and it’s great for targeting full body muscles. The class was perfect to ease me back into Pilates, it was the best balance between being a challenge but not overwhelmingly so. Dana was also happy to make adjustments to tailored to each person. Isaac was great. Was able to tip with card at the end. Their website has the service listed for $100 so tipped off of that. Would return!

Booked a deep tissue and as someone who likes strong pressure, it can be tricky for some masseurs to gauge because I’m somewhat petite (some are too gentle and some are too harsh).
