I came in sore post-Pilates frenzy and curious about getting into yoga after a long hiatus; this delivered a great stretch and top-tier camaraderie. Melissa is kind, funny, and incredibly down to earth (especially with corrections) and the regulars were so welcoming and patient with me as a first-timer. I’m going back for the community alone; the stretching is a bonus!

The owner is so kind and will walk you through the entire process if you are new to any of the modalities. She really took her time with me when I came in to do a session in the hyperbaric chamber, it was my first time and I was very apprehensive and had a fear of being claustrophobic. She made me feel at ease by explaining to everything to me and my experience was 10/10 I can’t wait to go back.

すべてのレビューを表示The drip this time around was not the same experience as last time. They called me about a $2 service fee that is completely separate from class pass. So note that the service isn’t covered with the points. Last time I added something separate so maybe the fee was there and it wasn’t mentioned but when I left today I later got the call about me owing the service fee so I took care of it over the phone. The first time around the person was very nice and attentive. Today we didn’t get the buzzer so we would have to yell to get help if something would have gone wrong which is concerning. The lack of transparency was not ok. I’ve booked IV’s through ClassPass before and this has never been the case.

I’ve tried everything over the years, pilates, lagree, spin, yoga, bootcamps, rowing, you name it, and this is the first place that made me want to commit to one discipline and actually build something long-term. The programming is smart, progressive, and incredibly empowering. You feel stronger week to week, not just sweaty for an hour. The coaches are fantastic: attentive, encouraging, and clearly invested in proper form and real strength gains. The vibe is welcoming, not intimidating, and the community is genuinely special. After my very first class, another member actually stopped me on my way out just to encourage me to come back and stick with it. He told me about the results he had seen over the year he’d been training there, and honestly, that moment alone told me everything I needed to know about this place and the culture they’ve built. I started going twice a week and quickly realized this was my “main thing.” After a few weeks, I'm cancelling classpass after two years and joined as a full member. If you’re looking for real strength, skill-based training, and a studio with an incredible community of all ages and body types that actually helps you progress, this place is something special.
