すべてのレビューを表示Amazing class. Very peaceful and amazing mantra meditation. My only concern was how often do the pillows and mats get washed. I saw a few with stains and hair. I know we put ours back in the cabinet. We were not told by the instructor to leave them so they can be washed.

すべてのレビューを表示I booked my first reiki massage with Manny, and although there were some hiccups with timing and location due to cleanliness issues out of our control, he went out of his way to accommodate the session and meet me at a hotel that same day late in the evening. Timing is not an issue. He uses his intuition and various methodologies like decompression boots and different massage techniques, taking the time to guide you through the root cause of emotional blockages. He is a very communicative, patient and caring soul that truly has a healing touch and presence. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a healing experience.

すべてのレビューを表示My massage was scheduled at 9:30 and I arrived early. There is no suite number listed on the booking, so I called the phone number listed on classpass. A woman picked up and informed me to wait by the elevator for someone to come get me. I waited about 10 minutes, no one came, and called back and it went to voicemail. I then called again and the woman informed me that someone was coming and that staff was sanitizing the room. I called back at 10:00 pretty bothered at this point in time and Monique said she was coming up the stairs. There was not any staff sanitizing the room she let me in, in fact all the lights were off and no one was in sight. Monique was apologetic and kind, however going into a massage already flustered and feeling like my time was not respected, was not the way I wanted to start my massage and it was hard for me to relax. She also informed me she would give me a gift certificate and send to my email - which I never received. Overall the massage was enjoyable, however customer service wise was not.

After class I spoke with her about a pose that I was having the most difficulty with and she offered stretches I could do at home to make it easier! It was a very gentle and welcoming environment! I definitely enjoyed it!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time attending Rasa yoga studio and my instructor Gracie was absolutely amazing! By the end of the class I was completely destressed. She was very clear with her instructions and had a helper demonstrating the poses which I found extremely helpful. Gracie also used instruments like sound bowels and fork tuning throughout the session that helped release the stress from the day away. I will definitely be going back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
