Olga was great, her class was just what I needed to push myself to stretch new parts of my body. She gave great instruction and encouragement as well. The facility is clean, calming, quiet, and beautifully decorated.

I used to have a membership at Club Pilates years ago and from what I remember , this place surpasses that one in the time they take with you and the variety of exercises and tools they offer.

After class I spoke with her about a pose that I was having the most difficulty with and she offered stretches I could do at home to make it easier! It was a very gentle and welcoming environment! I definitely enjoyed it!

She was very clear with her instructions and had a helper demonstrating the poses which I found extremely helpful. Gracie also used instruments like sound bowels and fork tuning throughout the session that helped release the stress from the day away. I will definitely be going back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
