すべてのレビューを表示I loved her class!! Such a great workout and she had such good energy. Some tips for first timers- there’s jumping in the class so dress for it and parking is tough so get there early. Also there’s not enough equipment for everyone in the class

It really pushed me out of my comfort zone because I didn’t know what I was doing and I felt uncomfortable but excited because I learn best out of my comfort zone. The front desk was very helpful in going over the membership with me. Also the protein bars were super good the best I’ve ever tasted lol I’m excited to try the other classes.

I chose to try out this gym primarily to learn self-defense, as I've always had an interest in martial arts. The atmosphere was inviting, and I felt both comfortable and confident trying out jiu jitsu. I loved the experience and look forward to returning.

すべてのレビューを表示Class was great, I really enjoyed the whole experience it is a real boxing workout. I would recommend to other beginners if your interested in boxing. It is a fast paced class and you need to come ready to workout. The coaches were very helpful and quick to explain how to get into the routine. Would recommend to come with some basic boxing knowledge to really enjoy the class and get the most out of it. It’s at 10/10 for me
