すべてのレビューを表示1. She has a video of how to get to the studio on IG. It’s tucked away above the crossfit gym like a treehouse. Very cute. 2. Loved this class!! Great new studio and teacher. I’m usually a “slow quiet class with many corrections” type of person but this was very chill for a “weights and music” type of class. Tammy is the sweetest and I’m telling people I know to go here.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! Dennis is super patient and helpful. Compared to another morning yoga class nearby in a garden, this class is more challenging and feels more like a workout. I had some really nice stretches and got the core workout I desperately needed as I struggled to find Pilates studios in the area. I only wish the floor was slightly less sandy but it’s understandable!

すべてのレビューを表示This class is everything that I needed! Phoenix is so kind and communicative. Loved that she incorporated partner stretching and regularly reminded us to “be in the moment”. The sound bowls were a perfect end. Take the class!
