すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was great! He was very helpful with helping people get into poses properly and offering guidance throughout class. We enjoyed his lively personality & meditative, inspiring words throughout class. The studio was a good size and the class was not full. I was new to not having a mirror to look at, which made balancing a bit tricky, but I didn’t mind it. Overall awesome class!

すべてのレビューを表示You have to experience it yourself. Phenomenal! I walked out feeling so much lighter in my joints, shoulders, head, neck and back. This was my first time experiencing Kundalini yoga and I have to say I don’t think I’ll ever look back! This is definitely the yoga practice for me. The teachers are very kind and welcoming, the space is very peaceful and soothing.
