すべてのレビューを表示what an excellent class ! 💯 I was a bit intimidated to get in, considering one student told me the " instructor will step on you " I was like what 🫨😳.. but considering I am no novice to yoga and have been practicing from more than a decade already, am pretty flexible myself.. I knew I could take it 💪🏻.. and it was intense, tough, people screamed in class, all true.. but for me, it was worth it ! I believe pain brings progress.. but also important to know how much is too much. abi knew that , and so, I know I have progressed 😇
