すべてのレビューを表示My account name somehow was changed ( but ClassPass only allows name change every 6 months) and I cannot change my name back to the one I used to made the reservation. The reception said my account name was not aligned with the system record and did not allow me to get in even though I showed my reservation confirmation straight to her face she still insisted that can not count. After 10 mins’ explanation and talking, I finally made my way to the massage. Except this, I enjoyed the massage and the atmosphere. The decoration is stunning! The massagist(number 53, I asked for his name but he did not tell me, just number 53) is very skillful. Highly recommend! Will definitely come back

The spa itself was really nice and clean located in a building full of fancy spas and medical aesthetic clinics. I whatsapped them to confirm my booking and they sent a very useful video of the most convenient way to get there. Would totally recommend.
