Yoko was a great instructor - clear in her delivery and gentle when correcting form. The cocoon room was very comfortable - clean, perfect temperature and background music was calming. I highly recommend this class for those who wish to rejuvenate and relax!

Eva, the instructor, was very good! All the exercises made my muscles (even those i barely work on) feel stronger the next day. She always suggested 2-3 modifications for every exercise to allow for different difficulty levels of the class.
