    Prime Sculpt Pilates

    This was the perfect start to my week! Nina is wonderful. From the sun drenched studio, to the playlist (can I always do Pilates to Lana Del Rey?)… best of all her flow of movement through abs, glutes, arms was seamless. I left feeling taller (iykyk lol), stronger & refreshed. Thank you!

    Challenging but the time flies! Valerie corrects your positioning as needed which was appreciated. This class is fast-paced. I think it would’ve been good to know ahead of time if you need to do warm up exercises at home before the class.
