    I have been coming to prime cycle for a while and Teresa has been my all time favorite instructor! I’m thankful for her classes. She is always motivating, pushes your limit and makes hard workout super fun. I mean.. it’s 11 out of 10 for me!!

    ROK YOUR BODY Sculpt Full Body 1.0

    This one was one of their classes that was basically weight lifting, super heavy springs with movements similar to free weight workouts. I love that you can get in both alignment and weight training at one studio!! Results are craaazy even after only 1 week :)
