すべてのレビューを表示Lily is an outstanding pilates instructor. She is very skilled at teaching reformer classes and her routines flow well. I like the fact that she took the time to demonstrate moves and correct students ' form. I look forward to trying out her Cadillac class!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was a great workout ! This is a cute studio and we did the barre class in a separate room. There were only 2 students including me which was nice to have the small class size. The instructor and staff were so friendly and gave me a great intro to the studio and class. We mostly did weights and glute work, and at the end a little bit of core. I will definitely have sore muscles tomorrow ! Very effective and simple barre class - i would definitely take it again

すべてのレビューを表示took a beginners class with annie! first time trying reformer’s pilates and would highly recommend annie and her studio! she was super helpful throughout the class and took her time assisting each student and explaining each movement! the studio is beautiful and annie did an excellent job of showing movements and additional modifications! definitely would recommend to a first time pilates goer!

She takes the time to explain each exercise clearly and offers adjustments. Every class is thoughtfully planned. I feel grateful that this studio has such fabulous instructors.

She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again! Sort of nervous to feel the soreness in 2 days hahaha
