すべてのレビューを表示Very good class - I like the 30 minute timeframe it's just enough for you to break a sweat but not too long. It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

すべてのレビューを表示I liked the workout format and appreciated that Myeesha walked around and engaged the class. Eliis was not the most welcoming and spent a good amount of the class behind the podium. There were people who could’ve benefited from form corrections but neither coach helped out, which was a bit disappointing to see.
