すべてのレビューを表示I mean there is pilates and then there is Pilates (with a capital P). Marleen's classes are the latter ones. These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

すべてのレビューを表示Coming from Stockholm, I was really impressed by Go Studio. It has such a beautiful boutique feel, with thoughtful touches like coffee and electrolytes offered to clients. I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. The trainer Carole gave very clear instructions and guidance, while still making the class feel dynamic and challenging. A wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨

She was incredible at cueing spinal articulation and somehow managed to make the feel-good stretches feel just as intentional as the strength work. She even had me perfecting my Mermaid, finding that extra bit of length and control I didn’t know I had. I definitely felt challenged, but in the best way. Strength Reformer is really one of those classes where you surprise yourself with how strong you actually are. I left feeling strong, stretched out, and very accomplished. Daria is such a gem!

Equally as fun and challenging depending on where the body’s at, with stellar instructions to place and correct oneself accordingly. Hope to see more of you without it having to be at the expense of Veera or Jack’s classes haha my Bay trifecta 🙌
