The instructor was lovely, knowledgeable and really paid attention to everyone, making sure the movements were done correctly and with proper technique. What makes this studio stand out from others is how personal and homey the whole experience feels. It’s not just about getting through the exercises, but actually understanding the movements, focusing on technique and getting the most out of every single one. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. Such a refreshing experience and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 🤍
