すべてのレビューを表示Incredible class! Great structure and clear instructions. I really liked the instructions in the beginning being wrapped up into the warmup, felt like a really efficient use of time. The only feedback I have is that I think the treadmill should be turned off between sets. I know it takes a few extra seconds to start up again, but as obvious as one might think that the treadmill is still on, someone always inevitably is distracted and steps on it and gets hurt. I’ve seen it happen so many times (and have done it myself) so maybe it’s just worth being extra safe and turning it off.
