すべてのレビューを表示Denise, the instructor was super clear with her instructions, attentive and just all round lovely who makes you feel comfortable no matter what your ability. I really enjoyed her beginners class. Receptionist was also very warm and welcoming.

すべてのレビューを表示Yasmin is an absolutely stunning soul. This was my first time to an experience like this and I had no idea what I was going in to. It definitely will not be my last! Thank you so much for holding such a profound space for us to really connect with our inner selves. It was a combination of dynamic yoga I’d say (as a completely inexperienced person) and more slower and longer holds. Yasmin then comes around to do hands on adjustment after asking and allowing you to deepen your stretches. Then a meditation session to really connect with yourself at the end. Amazing amazing amazing thank you so much lovely lady can’t wait to do this again! I’ve left feeling so much lighter.
