すべてのレビューを表示I have never completed reformer before and have had alot of time out from exercise. This class was amazing! It pushed me very hard but Carla helped me and took me step by step as I for confused or found things difficult. She adapted the session based on my ability and kept checking in to see if I was ok and doing it correctly. Great atmosphere!
