すべてのレビューを表示This class was so unique and amazing! Not what I expected and so much better than anticipated. There was a lot of beautiful meditation and connection to the body and understanding chakras which are the energy systems of the body and taking time and intention to clear them. I love that she has the class face away from the mirrors and it’s so much about body confidence and compassion. The choreography is fun, freeing and easy to follow and there’s a part of class that feels so centering and healing. I also love the instructor who is so warm and welcoming and holds space in such a caring way. Honestly I love all the instructors at The Wave. They’re all so friendly and kindhearted, unique and creative and it’s awesome getting so much variety in the classes and options here.

すべてのレビューを表示Incredible massage. Deep tissue, peaceful. I didn’t even know parts of me were sore until he got to them. Space was nice, dimly lit. Small rooms but they don’t need to be big. Scents were pleasant and not overbearing. Music was 90s slow jam covers which made me laugh at first but then I was into it haha. Basically no chatting or talking at all, but I’d prefer that to a massage therapist who talks too much so also not a complaint. Very professional. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Will go again for sure and I do recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing relaxing experience! The 2 hr thai foot reflexology put me to sleep. The staff was so incredibly nice and they got to my massage as soon as I walked in the door! My massage also included some Back massage which was amazing because my back had some SERIOUS knots but my masseuse applied the perfect amount of pressure in the right areas to help me leave their establishment feeling both extremely relaxed and in less pain than I was before. I will be returning!
