Yin And Restorative

Out of all the yin and candlelight style classes I signed up for up for here on class pass. She stands out with the time she gives you in between positions and I love that. I’m usually the last to get into position fully and the last to get out. Her flow and cadence is very manageable and supportive.

We felt so much movement after she left that we reorganized and purged my husbands office, something we both had felt stuck on getting done! Thank you for your work, it is so needed ✨
