The instructor Shannon was very good about demonstrating what we were doing and as Lagree is new to me was also very good about coming by and getting me adjusted on positioning which I really appreciated. An excellent workout. I wish I lived closer to this studio!

すべてのレビューを表示I think Arica has to be my favorite instructor I’ve had so far at Workshop Pilates! She had great energy and made the class challenging and fun. She made corrections on my form, which I greatly appreciated since I’m still fairly new to reformer pilates. Would definitely take this class again!
