すべてのレビューを表示Victoria is great. She teaches the reformer 1 class which is a full body workout. We did foot work, side line , abs, arms and lots of stretching on both reformer and chair. I love the intimate setting in this studio as you get much more one on one instruction and the teacher can help make modifications for those who need them.
