Idk he gives safe person vibes, during the class he came to check in with me how I was feeling few times. It can be intimidating being surrounded by a bunch of sweaty big guys, but the ones I sparred against at least were respectful, even encouraging. So yeah, if you’re curious about this sport, I’d try it out here.

The teacher modified the class for me and taught me the basics while still training the rest of the class at the more advanced moves.
