すべてのレビューを表示Ziya is such a ray of sunshine. I’ve taken a few of her yoga classes and she makes me feel so welcomed every time. I’m trying to incorporate more yoga and stretching into my usual routine of Pilates and strength training and her restorative yoga classes have been such a help. She always asks what I’d like to work on, notices where I’m struggling, and how I feel after class. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body changes with consistent yoga classes.

すべてのレビューを表示I love the dance classes here so much! The dance instructors are so welcoming, friendly, encouraging, and intentional. I’ve been taking the ballet classes here and I HIGHLY recommend them! The Thursday class are SUPER fun and full of energy too. :)

すべてのレビューを表示Tamara’s energy is infectious and she brings such positive vibes to the class! She makes sure everyone feels involved and gives helpful guidance with the steps. The choreography was easy to follow and had just the right level of intensity. Expect to burn around 400 calories while having a blast! Loved the session. I'll definitely plan my next class soon!
