It was my first time today and I appreciate when Yacine, the instructor, checked who had (previous) injuries or who are recovering from injuries before starting the session. This was my ultimate worry for not joining a class sooner because I was scared I might hurt myself or worsen my knee if the routines are advanced for my level. The studio was also clean and they provide mats and water.

I find her very encouraging, really helpful for someone who 1) flits between reformer and other workout forms (which can sometimes be complementary and sometimes mean you have to unlearn certain movements) and 2) is recovering from an earlier shoulder .

すべてのレビューを表示I feel.like the corridors could be warmer and especially because the sauna is a lower heat than normal saunas which are usually 80-90°. I understand that infared is meant to be at 60°. I do try to warm up in the shower in between cold plunge and sauna, however , maybe you'd save more on water and power for the shower by heating the hallways. just a thought as it is cold when stepping out of sauna.

The environment, however, felt a bit more rushed and stressed than usual, which is ironic considering many people come precisely for nervous system regulation and relaxation. What surprised me this time was being asked to pay €2 for the small spa towel. I understand that two towels are needed l. one for the spa and one for the shower, and that’s completely normal. However, in the past, the small white spa towel was always provided, so this was new to me. It would be helpful to inform clients about this when booking the class, as other gyms and wellness spaces usually do, especially since this wasn’t the policy before.

You just need to bring a locker tho almost no one does actually and it’s completely fine. Nice clean place and super lovely atmosphere. Defo coming again
