The facilities are fantastic I personally used the pressure therapy suite and the LED bed, and it was a totally uplifting and beautiful experience. His technique for releasing tight knots and deep tension in the back is unlike anything I’ve experienced — he works slowly and carefully, easing away stress and pain little by little. I’ve dealt with serious back pain for years and have had many massages, but this is by far the most effective treatment I’ve ever had. Every single time I leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and honestly like the pain never even existed. If you struggle with stress, tension, or chronic back pain, I cannot recommend him enough. The gym fatigue totally gone and it’s 7 pm when I am already ready to sleep :) I chose this place right and can’t wait for my next EMS session. すべてのレビューを表示j’ai testé la séance de vélo aquabike au centre point soleil et franchement c’est nickel ! la séance dure 30 minutes et même si l’eau déborde un peu de la machine quand on pédale vite, l’instructrice m’a dit que ce n’était pas grave. l’eau est un peu froide au début, mais on se réchauffe très vite en pédalant. le personnel est super sympa, surtout la dame à l’accueil qui était vraiment adorable. expérience très agréable, je reviendrai très vite !
