すべてのレビューを表示Elysia’s HiiT class was incredible. I absolutely loved how she embraced her role instructing and danced along with her music. She made it upbeat, fun, and energetic. It was also refreshing to experience a different HiiT sequence. Variety is very important to me when I practice/workout.

すべてのレビューを表示What an amazing class! Nicole is such a great instructor. She started off class zen with such an empowering vibe. You are then transition to a nice workout that pushes you, but also makes you feel strong. Her cues are great and her playlist is on another level!! Also enjoy the types of exercise she selects. I never have wrist pain and you can tell she is intentional with her choices. The Yogithot studio is beautiful and such a great setting to work out in. Highly recommend!

The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

Alexis instructions were clear and detailed, so I always knew how to perform each exercise with proper form. A really thoughtful touch was the cold towel at the end of class. It was the perfect way to finish an excellent workout. I’ll definitely be taking another class with Alexis!
