すべてのレビューを表示Nora was a wonderful teacher, this was my first experience doing aerial hammock & it was a lot of fun! Though it’s fun it does also require a lot of arm & core strength & understanding that you may or may not be bruised & sore for days. Otherwise I loved it & do see myself going back!

Gentle enough to not feel like i was over exerting my body and just the right amount of balancing work that I was able to get my heart rate up and feel like I worked out. The instructor is kind, knowledgeable, and has such a healing spirit. I look forward to taking more classes here.
