If you’re new to the class, I recommend trying to arrive a few minutes in advance to get settled - find shoes, locate the studio area, setup the bike, etc. I did not…so I didn’t get much help with those things (my fault). I think the ride would have felt more comfortable for me if I would have arrived early.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this studio and the instructor! The class focused on slow, controlled movements, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.

I’ve taken boxing at other circuit gyms and they don’t help give advice, but this place does. Already one session in and I improved in a lot of areas. Can’t wait for my next class !!!
