すべてのレビューを表示Danielle’s class was great, It was overall very challenging with a mix of more centered moments to reset, she gave options to modify or amplify which is really helpful for people of all levels. Bring a towel & water! I definitely will be back & recommend if looking for a good kick in the butt!

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! Lisa always plays great music. This is not a hot class yet I’m always sweating at the end. Good use of the bar, bring your Pilates socks if you want to take advantage of the bar. And it’s a small class, which is nice.

Her knowledge and experience enable the practice for extreme healing. She is also one of the very few who do hands on adjustments which are so helpful towards your progression.
