She assists, is hands on (which I love also), will give suggestions & modifications, and considerate. Asks if it’s okay to touch & if anyone has any scent allergies— like hello yes thank you for being so thoughtful! 👏 anyways… support local businesses, I’ll def be back

すべてのレビューを表示Mary is INCREDIBLE! She is so sweet and so patient and she truly cares about your progress and your form. She ensures to know your name and monitors how you are doing with each movement. It is so simple to tell that she very much knows what she is talking about. This is my first time with her, and my first time doing these exact exercises, and they will challenge you, but she truly helps along the way. Will DEFINITELY be back! I love this studio!
