I also appreciated that whenever the instructor explained the movements, she made sure to turn the music down so everyone could hear her clearly. It added to the overall experience for me. Will definitely be returning.

すべてのレビューを表示I always enjoy a Jetset workout. It is the type of exercise where you want to get a full body workout but want to do Pilates at the same time. Cardio and Pilates. And Andrea brought the burns and spice! Her flow in concentrating down every part of the body was great. She went from core activation to lower body to upper, and I left feeling good. Andrea is also helpful in ensuring your form is correct and that you're working out the necessary part of the body! Loved it. Thank you!

She brings so much knowledge to the session, making sure everyone feels supported, safe, and aligned in the silk swings. It is so simple to tell that she very much knows what she is talking about. This is my first time with her, and my first time doing these exact exercises, and they will challenge you, but she truly helps along the way. Will DEFINITELY be back! I love this studio!
