すべてのレビューを表示Great first time at rumble. Enjoyed the class. Good energy. The only thing I would suggest or like to see is a countdown for the stations on the wall. Sometimes was not 100% clear since music is bumping and transitioning to each exercise. Other than that, class was fun and a good workout ! Will definitely do again!

The gym itself is hard to find so I was a bit late but I appreciated that they still let me in. If you’re inside the mall go to H&M and it’s right next to it. You’ll be prompted to use the elevator to the 4th floor.

すべてのレビューを表示Bruce is literally the best spinning teacher I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. He goes above and beyond, his music is always being switched up and is incredible, and he is just a good vibe. I’ve noticed that I’m in a better mood after taking his class. Protect Bruce at all costs!

I have no dance background and I was able to pick up the miles, make them my own and learn new choreo. Not to mention it's a nice way to get the heart rate going! Highly recommend for a positive light community of people.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class! It was my second day here and you really feel the burn in your abs and everywhere during/after class. Also love the ILKB community. Everyone is so kind, encouraging and a lot of success stories! The one by me closed down years ago so I was so ecstatic when I found this one on ClassPass! it's a far drive but totally worth it! Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun and effective workout!
