すべてのレビューを表示I mean there is pilates and then there is Pilates (with a capital P). Marleen's classes are the latter ones. These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.

すべてのレビューを表示Incredible! I’m a beginner when it comes to Rocket (not to yoga, though), and I had a very fun time. Saul is highly professional and attentive; he even helped me with my first wall-assisted handstand, even though I was super scared! (He basically lifted me on the way down because I got stuck). All the exercises were super interesting; you definitely won't get bored. It’s hard to find Rocket Yoga in general, and I’m so happy I found Saul's class! 🙏🏻

すべてのレビューを表示Pilates Fusion is so challenging and SO fun! Alice is just brilliant. Very knowledgeable and pedagogical. The class is perfect for anyone wanting to combine Pilates activation principles with ballet, choreography, vinyasa yoga and flow. They run the same choreography for about 3 months before it changes but you can join at any time, no issue.
