すべてのレビューを表示This class was amazing and the instructor had great energy!! One of my favourite pilates class! I really like the megaformer as well, it was soft and it was easy to put my knees on it! I felt very invigorated after the class :)

They provide you with all the equipment necessary and the teacher explains everything extremely well. one of the most intense classes I've ever been to. Plus, the showers are super comfy, and they have all the toiletries you might need. Amazing!
