すべてのレビューを表示Hot Flow with Charlie was amazing! His form adjustments and modifications were perfect. I loved the music, his energy and calm vibe. I left both energized and completely relaxed. I’ve attended Y6 Hot Flow at several studios with other instructors and this was by far the best. The studio itself was nice. Small room made for a more manageable class that allowed for better personalized attention especially where form is critical. The showers were an awesome bonus to rinse off before I headed out. Highly recommend Charlie and this location.

He pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and try 3 different handstand poses I probably would’ve never had the courage to due to having sensitive wrists. He’s very supportive and I just really enjoyed the overall pace and flow of the class. Definitely looking forward to attending another one of his classes. 🙏🏽

すべてのレビューを表示Nicole (the instructor and owner) was very welcoming, took the time to talk to people individually as they came in, and had a great mentality for class - that she was just happy we were here regardless of what everyone was doing. It’s nice to have a teacher with a positive and inclusive attitude instead of one who’s barking orders at the class - she also had great clear cues for every movement! The studio itself was super clean and spacious, plus there’s an ocean view when you walk out into the shopping center. Only downside was that parking was only free for an hour in the garage, so unless you are late or leave early you do have to pay but that’s not the studios fault.

He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!
