He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

すべてのレビューを表示Jonathan’s class is such an artistic, beautifully connected flow. I do wish, Soul of Yoga would dim the lights more. Those harsh lights are such a disservice to the beautiful practice that they hold space for.

すべてのレビューを表示Excellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

すべてのレビューを表示Nicole (the instructor and owner) was very welcoming, took the time to talk to people individually as they came in, and had a great mentality for class - that she was just happy we were here regardless of what everyone was doing. It’s nice to have a teacher with a positive and inclusive attitude instead of one who’s barking orders at the class - she also had great clear cues for every movement! The studio itself was super clean and spacious, plus there’s an ocean view when you walk out into the shopping center. Only downside was that parking was only free for an hour in the garage, so unless you are late or leave early you do have to pay but that’s not the studios fault.

すべてのレビューを表示This was a good workout but not a pilates class, much more of a yoga sculpt with a heavy dose of spiritual narrative from the instructor . Did not have flow/ rhythm and felt disjointed at times. Studio is cute and space was well heated with nice equipment.

すべてのレビューを表示Rob was great. I’m used to practicing vinyasa. This was a fun and different style. High energy, challenging and interactive. My only complaint is that the teacher that taught the following class came in immediately, abruptly, loudly and made a lot of noise dropping her mat onto the floor. She was very inconsiderate of the students remaining in the room in savasana. Hopefully this feedback makes its way back to her so that she can be more conscientious of how her energy affects students who come to Hatch.

すべてのレビューを表示I can write a novel on how amazing ametrius is, but I’ll try to keep it short, haha! I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!

He pours his heart and soul into teaching and this new smaller studio allows for such a personalized feel. He also gives great coaching and reminders to be present throughout. This studio is a super unique yoga experience, highly recommend!
