すべてのレビューを表示I took the deep stretch class, this instructor is very relaxing and the stretches helped me feel so good after. Also I love how she doesn’t go super hippie with the flow of words, her style is more natural and authentic, I loved it!

すべてのレビューを表示Shelie is genuinely the best yoga instructor I’ve had. She has great energy and perfect cuing, modifications, and adjustments. She’s positive and encouraging but challenges us. I wish she could teach every 26+2 class!!

Class flew by with her unique and fast paced format which still flowed intuitively between each move. Excellent cues throughout class with thoughtful individual corrections. Will definitely be seeking out her classes in the future!
