If I didn’t get it right, she ran over to help me quickly. Greatly appreciated her patience. Overall, everyone was so nice. You can tell there’s good community here. I’ll definitely be back :) I don’t remember the front desk girls name but she was so helpful too, she gave me a quick rundown of the lagree machine and was so kind!

She was so energized and hype to see us working hard (which was such a great motivated and made me want to push myself even more!). The combination of cardio and strength training was chefs kiss. Very impressed with his methods- my therapeutic massage included cupping, hot stones as well as stretching with some traditional massage techniques in there as well.
