Shred415 employees are required to wear a mask at all times. Members are required to wear a mask in all the common areas (lobby, restrooms, hallways). Masks are optional inside the workout class.

We are assigning all clients a treadmill and deck station. There is no shared equipment and all equipment is spaced at least 6 feet apart. Class capacity has been reduced to 50%.
