Instructor Demet 10/10 so alert to the class, not counting slowly unnecessarily as some do, adapted movements for everyone. I hadn’t experienced many of the exercises before. She was just superb.

Lauren has such a special energy that makes everyone around her feel positive, accepted, and grounded. This is one of my favourite classes, where I can truly let go of stress and tension. The deep stretching has become a form of therapy for both my body and mind, and I can feel how beneficial it is every time I leave the class. I love coming back because it feels like my safe space — a place where I can slow down, reconnect with myself, and simply feel at peace. 🤍

She took the time to explain all the moves and made sure they were executed properly. Mat Pilates Fusion
Mat Pilates is the real deal! I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for months, but mat Pilates is definitely more challenging for me. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!

Mat Pilates is the real deal! I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for months, but mat Pilates is definitely more challenging for me. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!

It helps you connect with your inner self, your inner dancer and your creativity. You flow to the beat, you flow with intention, and most importantly, you flow for YOU. There’s something very special about connecting with yourself while also being part of this beautiful community of people who seem to vibrate with the same energy. I only wish they offered more classes so I could enjoy Inside Flow more days of the week! ❤️ Totally recommend it!

Such a beautiful Hatha Flow class with Surabhi. The space is so calm, the energy is amazing, and she is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She adapted the practice perfectly around my tennis elbow flare and still made it feel complete. I also learned things about my alignment and practice that I hadn’t noticed even after almost a year of yoga. Such a thoughtful and genuinely valuable class. 🤍
