She is truly good, and she cares. And I felt very welcomed...even though I entered a bit late, apologies, now I know the entrance !

Coach Mark has been very encouraging with the drills and workout was fun. Will definitely be back again! n BTW there is a shower for those who prefer to have one after much sweating :)

I would suggest an explanation on what areas are being targeted and benefit of each exercise plus a variation of doing am exercise if someone is a beginner. Since I noticed we were not all on the same level of familiarity with the techniques.
