She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

すべてのレビューを表示The amenities are great and the studio itself is really nice. I enjoyed Paola’s class—she was a great instructor. One thing they could improve is the scheduling between studios. When our yoga class started, there was another class next door with very loud music and heavy bass. During the first 5–10 minutes, when we were trying to ground ourselves and settle into the practice, the bass was so strong that it was actually making the floor vibrate, which made it very difficult to focus. Thankfully, once the other class finished, the studio became peaceful and the experience was exactly what you would expect from a yoga class. I think being more mindful of overlapping classes and noise levels would make a big difference

She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.

It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

However I wrote my injuries in a small note and showed the instructor Anastasia and she adjusted the strings for me during the class. I was wondering why the class called Happy Hour and that’s was cuz of the laughter and funny spirit of the instructor. The studio is clean and nice and most importantly the instructor is nice and helpful.

The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.
