すべてのレビューを表示It was amazing CrossFit session with coach Leo & coach Cecilia, it was upper body training with is my favorite usually, so I was lucky to catch it exactly. I like the set of exercises, the coaches were very friendly and encouraging, helpful and supportive. I would recommend this class obviously for all to check your level, endurance & challenge yourself!

He’s really patient and never makes me feel overwhelmed, which makes the class so much more enjoyable. すべてのレビューを表示Outstanding! The class was exactly what I wanted and friendly for all levels beginners to advanced. The coach is very knowledgeable and will adjust to your level accordingly. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
